Acceptance Letter: PO2 Eddie Zhao

I have joined Cadet for four years, from the beginning of the ordinary cadet to today's PO2. the whole process can't be done without the help of all the officers and teammates. I am very honoured to once again receive the Top marksman award for RCSCC 23. This is a great feedback for my shooting skills and a recognition of my efforts. I must thank my coach and the rest of the team for guiding me with care and creating a path for me to improve since I started shooting in 2017. I ended up taking five medals in the 2019 PEI Provincial Shooting Championships and won the Top marksman award for two consecutive seasons, 2019 and 2020.
