PEI Sea Cadets Travel to Quebec City

(October, 2017) Sea cadets from Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps' 23 Kent, 85 Summerside, and 323 Blue Herron, in Prince Edward Island, travelled together by bus to visit beautiful Quebec City. The cadets explored historic landmarks, visited museums, and shopped at local retail outlets. "Traveling to new places is a great way for us to learn about other places in Canada," explains Patrick O'Hanley, a cadet with Rcscc Kent, "We also get to bond with our peers, and make new friendships!" Connie Curtis, Jeremy Bell, Patrick O'Hanley, and Colton Hutchinson inside the Montreal Biodome. The cadets visited a number of landmarks throughout Quebec City, including Montmorency Falls, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, and the Plains of Abraham - a historic battlefield from 1759.
